Equipment.

Archibald Frozen Desserts has eliminated the complexity, large footprint, safety concerns and capital, maintenance and operating costs of conventional soft-serve and milk shake equipment platforms. It has achieved this by replacing ice cream production machinery at the food service location with easy to operate and maintain small and economical dispensing equipment. We have changed the way food service professionals think about frozen desserts and have restored functionality, profitability and excitement to the ice cream business. Today, Archibald Frozen Desserts offers two basic equipment platforms. The first is the our EROS® soft-serve platform, which dispenses Premium Soft® light ice cream, premium formula mixing, sorbets and frozen yogurts.  The second platform is our FIBA® milkshake platform which dispenses flavors and blends milkshakes pre-packaged in serving-size cups. Our many clients, which once spent a hours of time worrying about capital and labor costs, product waste and consistency,  maintenance, equipment downtime, sanitation, menu variety, training and profits, today spend their time generating new business, creating satisfied customers and increasing sales. 

Premium Soft Ice Cream Platform
EROS ® (Extruded Refrigerated Operating System)
All of our Premium Soft® products are produced at our central dairy and shipped frozen directly to our customers. We developed the EROS® platform to dispense ALL NATURAL soft ice cream desserts from a small counter top dispenser (16.25" x 30.50" x 24.50"). The EROS® dispenser extrudes ready-to-serve ALL NATURAL soft ice cream frozen desserts, with or without fruit or candy inclusions, from a 2.3- gallon bag at a temperature of 18°F.   There is no product waste, since the-ice cream bag remains refrigerated until consumed, at which time it is discarded and replaced with a new bag... Labor costs are minimal and the EROS® dispenser has 99.99 % reliability.  The EROS® is an easy-to-operate, virtually maintenance-free and cost-efficient solution for the food service professional seeking to add frozen desserts to his/her menu. 

Pre-Packaged MilkShake Platform
FIBA ® (Flavor Injected Blending Apparatus)
Once again, pre-packaged milkshakes are centrally produced at our dairy, customized to our customers’ flavor and texture requirements, and shipped frozen (in boxes of individual serving containers) directly to our customers.  We developed this proprietary platform to simplify the process of making and serving milkshakes at the restaurant site. Our milkshakes are essentially ready-to-serve once they reach your location. The FIBA® milkshake solution is simple and fast.  You take a pre-packaged milkshake from the tempering freezer (we provide this too) and place it into the FIBA® equipment, which adds a calibrated amount of one of four flavoring syrups and blends the mix directly in the pre-packaged milkshake cup. Within seconds, you are handing the finished milkshake to your customer. The FIBA® has a small footprint (10.75" x 12.50" x 29") and is simple to operate, maintain and clean. It consists of four syrup lines with peristaltic pumps, a high-speed blending mechanism and an easy-to-use touch pad. Syrup delivered in 2.5 gallon boxes. With the FIBA®, milkshakes are once again an easy and economically viable option for food service locations.
