From its inception, Archibald Frozen Desserts has been a food service industry innovator and creator. Our team has not only created novel and exceptional soft-serve products: it has established new standards for the dispensing of frozen desserts in the food service industry. The Company is strongly differentiated by proprietary technology and methods, ALL NATURAL products, a passionate first-rate team of ice cream, beverage and technology experts and major restaurant and institutional clients.

Archibald Frozen Desserts offers two significant improvements to conventional soft serve and milkshake offerings in a restaurant or institutional setting. First, we have shifted responsibility for the manufacturing of ice cream products from restaurant-site food service personnel to a centralized dairy production facility.  This allows food service personnel to concentrate on their core competency of serving their customers, without being burdened by in-house mixing of formulas, related sanitation concerns, product waste and inconsistency, frequent equipment downtime and high maintenance requirements—all of which entail incremental labor costs and higher operating expenses.  We have accomplished this first improvement by replacing large, expensive and difficult-to-operate manufacturing equipment with patented innovative dispensing equipment with a small “footprint,” a low price point and minimal maintenance needs.  Archibald Frozen Desserts has two platforms that are setting these new standards and invigorating the ice cream industry.

The second significant improvement introduced by Archibald Frozen Desserts consists of the range in variety and quality of the ALL NATURAL soft ice cream product itself. No longer are uninspired versions of the two basic flavors of the soft serve ice cream a customer’s only choice.  With our "ready- to- serve" Premium Soft® products, over 20 Premium-Quality flavors are currently available. Many of our flavors have real fruit, chocolate chunks and/or candy inclusions. Home Made Strawberry has real strawberries and Double Chocolate Chunk has chunks of chocolate already pre-mixed, and all of our flavors earn their “premium” description. Our Premium Soft® products are produced at a centralized dairy, so the only limit to the menu of flavors and textures is our clients’ wishes.
